Well, I just got Temptation, Wyoming 4 sent in, so hopefully they like it. It's a long one, a little over 124,000 word count. It's a paranormal cowboy menage with BDSM in it. Now that that's done, it's time to work on the sequel to Broken Halo. I have the outline all made out. It's weird how I'll make outlines for some of the books I write and with others I'll have a general idea, but basically wing it and go according to the vague outline in my head.
My goal is to have the second book in the Fallen Angels Trilogy done this summer and get it sent in. I'm excited about working on it. I love that trilogy. It's lots of fun to write.
After I finish that book, I've got to get cracking on this five book series that I've had on hand for a while. I've got the first four books written and the fifth one half written, but that was back when I needed help. Lol In that I loved writing, but now that I've learned more and my writing has improved, I need to edit and in places rewrite parts of the series. That way it will shine. That's the hope anyway.
A while back I started writing another book with angels and demons that involved one of the side characters from Broken Halo, Jude. I know the guy's evil, but I felt like he needed a story too. The problem? Fallen Angels is a trilogy and I already have three books planned, so his story will have to be the first in another trilogy my brain is working on. But I'm not getting back to that one until the Fallen Angels trilogy is done and I have that others series completed and sent in.
As of now I'm going on four hours of sleep (compliments of my son) and I'm jacked up on coffee. Tonight is about cleaning, working on the second Fallen Angels book and oh yeah, attempting to sleep before the sound of a screaming monkey wakes me up. Lol
